Earlier this month, TastingSpots, the official blog of the Roscioli food and wine shop and wine bar and restaurant in Rome, published this video, the first in a series they are devoting to Arcari + Danesi, including tastings with Giovanni in Rome and a visit to the Arcari + Danesi vineyard and winery.
The English subtitles are really well done and this is a great way to obtain a greater understanding of what the SoloUva method is and why it makes for such distinct wines.

We were overjoyed to learn that our Dosaggio Zero is now available at Eataly in New York, the Italian food and wine emporium owned by Lidia Bastianich, Joe Bastianich, and Mario Batali.
It seems like it was just yesterday when we dreamed of getting our wine to the U.S.A.
Today, it is available for retail sale at one of the highest-profile and highest-trafficked wine shops in America.
It’s a dream come true.
Eataly is a slice of Italy in New York and the store’s many pavilions recreate the Italian food shopping experience: A salumeria, a fruit and vegetable stand, a dried-goods selection and all kinds of different restaurants specializing in fish, steak, pasta, pizza, etc.
We couldn’t be more proud that our wines are there.
